回覆刪除注意以上的資料並不能客觀地用來比較各國的工業安全狀況。這些資料只可以幫我們更準確地瞭解每件嚴重工業意外的發生過程,和意外發生後,如何進行調查、分析和找出做成意外的真正原恩,從而瞭解各種可能發生的人為錯誤,目的是找出有什麼有效的方法可以避免人為出錯和防止類似的意外重覆發生。
